  Not trained yet. The drive thru team seems to have their stuff together more than the inside team. I went inside to get a frosted coffee to escape the long drive-thru line after 10 minutes one of the team members finally realize that I was still standing there for a drink. Once I finally received the drink it was only half Frozen and turned to liquid in less than 2 minutes. Give them a couple weeks to get their stuff together and learn to work as a team instead of a bunch of individuals not knowing what to do. I wish them luck because the store & location are very nice. For management: they need to teach and implement TEAM... TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE.
